Our classes and demos will start at 9:30 and will feature organic bread and food prepared when possible with ingredients sourced locally and sustainably.

Introduction to bread making with Jeff Connell of St John's Bread.
Creative nomadic cooking with Chef Bashir Munye of Simply Fresh and Riverdale Market.
Organic Fruit Stuffed French Toast with fresh Cardamom
Forbes Wild Food Maple Syrup.
Akiwenzie Georgian Bay Salt Crusted Wild Whitefish wrapped in vine leaves and baked in the wood fired oven with fennel and apple remoulade.

Learn to make your own couscous with local grains.
Organic Chicken Tagine with dates and Farmers’ Market winter vegetables.
Moroccan Carrot Salad with tahini dressing.
Demonstration of how to butcher and marinate a chicken. How to use a tagine and how to enjoy a communal meal.
